I told my mother only about a month ago that this was said to me way back then, and so THAT'S why I had made the choices that I did. She was horrified. She hadn't realised quite how bad it all was. Adoption is not a "better life". No one can guarantee that. It's simply a 'different life'. One without their mother chosen by God.

I read Porius two years back, and thought it was perhaps the best novel written; this was the recently revised edition. Amazing, even by Powys standard and I have read most of his work. When you read this book, you realize why he is not and never will be accepted by academia. His great gift is to write not only from the mind ( most high literature), not just from the feeling, but from a whole perspective including the mystical sense. Who else in great literature describe clouds, rain, moss and mushrooms like him, .. not to mention humans, love, desire, fear and all the rest of our experience? Louis

On one hand, its a neat concept. On the other hand, i would feel like im cheating if i used rhymes i didnt come up with myself.

Well well well well well this book is mighty interesting to say the least these are the things that happen every day but you don't really think of them that way but anyway I think that this book should be an audio because I think people would love just to hear the book and some adult special kid adults who have special needs to get a good kick
